Jennifer Riddle is a San Francisco Realtor with a passion for properties that have "soul." As the founder of Old Soul Houses and co-founder of Leola Design Studio, Jennifer brings a designer’s eye and a renovator’s grit to every deal. She is currently rehabilitating an 1879 Italianate home in Eureka Valley with her husband. She genuinely loves a deep dive into a disclosure packet, hunting for the details provided (and those that are not!) that protect her clients’ interests. Whether she’s exploring a "creepy basement" or navigating a complex negotiation, Jennifer provides a fiduciary-first approach. She loves a storied home, but she is most passionate about helping you find your own—no matter the era of the house.
